Second Italian Festival of Teddy bears and Artistic Dolls
First Prize category "Famous People", Casanova by Stefania Morgante

Also this year the contest has been organized by Manuela Ferroni and Manuela Scardovi.
110 works among dolls and bears will be competing.
The president of the judging committee will be Anna Koetse, Dutch artist known and appreciated all over the world and collaborator of the most prestigious international magazines.

"... In the second weekend of May, the second Teddy Bear Contest in Italy took place is this laid-back village.
Around 50 entries were divided in three categories: undressed, dressed and famous people. The competition was announced in the Italian Hobby Magazine "La Bacchetta Magica" and the bears were sent in from Sardinia to Siena.
Italy is enjoying a good reputation when it comes to design and matching the right colors.
No wonder that in the category famous people, the bear Casanova, made by Stefania Morgante (Gufobardo),
ran away with the first prize, the second time in sequence..."
